Dave got me a Polar S625X heart rate monitor for my birthday — such a sweetie! (Mel got me the cadence and speed sensors to go with and Arlene got me a gift certificate to Performance Bikes! gotta love friends who understand your tri-geekiness, too!).
On another note, I’m now down to the weight I was when we got married — woo hoo!
