Well, I figured out a lovely training plan to take me up to the Malibu Oly.
Then I got sick.
Bronchitis (to which I’m prone) requiring days abed, antibiotics, expectorants, lots of extrastrength Tylenol for my fever, and now cough suppressants so I don’t pull any more chest or back muscles (which I did last night). I’ve missed a day and a half of work and though I’m at work now I’m next to useless.
Escape from Alcatraz is this weekend. Dave’s racing. I really want to be well enough to enjoy San Francisco. I’ve made dinner reservations for us for Saturday and Sunday nights.
